Two Fabulous Ways to Wear One Sweater

Hello, beauties! Happy Friday! (insert happy dance here) I hope this blog post sees you well & you’ve been able to stay toasty warm this week. If you have been following along for awhile you probably have noticed that I’m not much of a sweater person. I typically prefer cardigans to pullovers because I feel stuffy. But I have finally found a sweater I really love! I got it at Macy’s & have linked it below, it can be yours for only $18.99 & comes in a variety of colors. The v-neck line is super comfortable (not at all stuffy) & the bell sleeve is fun too! I've really been living in it.

I am all for getting the most bang for my buck so I have been styling this sweater in a variety of ways. These two looks are my favorite.

The first look is with this Merlot colored faux leather skirt that I got years ago from Kohls LC collection but I have linked similar ones. I finished the look with some black tights & motto boots. This look is the perfect balance of feminine with the sweater while being a little edgy with the faux leather & boots. I’ve worn this look in my office but also to a holiday party.

Secondly, I outfitted this sweater with trouser jeans from LOFT Outlet also years ago. I try to make my clothes last & wear them as much as I can if you can’t tell. There is a similar pair linked below you can pick up for yourself. I completed the look with a pair of clogs. This look is perfect for a casual Friday in the office yet transitions nicely for dinner or drinks after work. It also gives off some retro vibes which I have been feeling lately.

Sweaters are so cozy but can be worn so many more ways than the traditional. Try half tucking your sweater for a trendy effect, I’ve been doing it a lot this season. Which way would you wear this sweater?

I challenge you babes to take your favorite sweater & see how many different outfits you can come up with! Tag me in pics to show me. Well, dolls till next time!
