Bridesmaids Dress Shopping

You got the man, you have a wedding date, you have your wedding dress, but what about your girls? Don't get me wrong the day is all about you & your other half but keep in mind you asked your bridesmaids to be apart of your special day they should look & feel good too!
We got our bridesmaids dresses at David's bridal. I had one out of state bridesmaid but it made it easy to get all the same color because they had a large variety to chose from. You could also go to any bridal salon to find your girls dresses. No matter how big or small your bridal party is there is a few concepts you can dress them in.
The first & most traditional is to have all your girls wear the same dress & color. This creates a unified look which is a positive. But keep in mind it is hard to find something that looks good on all different body types.
The second option would be to pick one color & have the bridesmaids pick which dress they would like (with your approval). This is the way I went. I wanted the girls to get something they would wear again & was unique to them. But if you would like a more unified symmetric look go the more traditional route.
Lastly a trend I've noticed is picking  a color & ombre the dresses meaning each dress is a shade of that color from light to dark. This is defiantly a unique concept but super cool.
I remember I wanted to get everyone to go together which could be difficult to coordinate with your bridesmaid depending on their schedule. Also keep in mind that you are with a group of girls & that is a lot of estrogen. Everyone has different opinions. Stay true to your vision but try to have some consideration for your friends & family.
Happy Planning! Till next time dolls!
Stay Sassy + God Bless.
